Scholarship Instructions

1. Applicant must use the provided application form. The forms are available to be downloaded or completed and submitted online at www.sentco.net/scholarships.

2. Each applicant must have an Educator of their choice complete the Educator’s Recommendation Form. The chosen Educator must be currently employed by the school the applicant is currently attending. This form is also available to be downloaded or completed and submitted online at www.sentco.net/scholarships.

3. If submitting application online, applicant must mail or deliver an Offical copy of their High School Transcript and a wallet sized photograph (for publicity purposes) to the address in Item 4 below.

4. If application and Educator’s Recommendation form are not submitted online, both of these documents along with the official High School Transcript and a wallet sized photograph must be mailed or delivered to the address below.
