Maintenance Plans

Basic Wire Maintenance – $1.50/month

Subscribers to our Basic Wire Maintenance Plan will not pay for service call charges or materials if they experience problems with their existing inside phone wiring and jacks. The plan covers repair of inside wiring and jacks for only $1.50 per month. Please note that Basic Wire Maintenance does not cover Internet or video wiring. (Our regular service call rate is $55 per hour plus the cost of materials.)*

Whole Home Wire Maintenance – $3.00/month

SNC offers a wire maintenance plan and wireless router maintenance plan that’s right for you to ease your worries. Your communication wiring and jacks can become an unforeseen problem. Since wiring is hidden from view, you never know its true condition. It may seem completely reliable but only be hanging on by a thread.

Subscribers to our Whole Home Wire Maintenance Plan will not pay for service call charges or materials if they experience problems with their existing communication wiring and jacks (phone, internet and video). The plan covers repair of inside wiring and jacks for only $3.00 per month Wire Maintenance. Our regular service call rate is $55 per hour plus the cost of materials.*

Wireless Router Maintenance – $6.00/month

Wireless Internet gives you the freedom to surf the internet anywhere in your home. Leave your desk behind and check email from your recliner. Connect your video game system or mobile devices to your network, too. Now you can experience the Internet in a whole new way.

SNC’s Wireless Router Maintenance makes wireless Internet hassle free. We’ll install and maintain your router for only $6.00 per month. Plus, we’ll also provide you a wireless router. (Our regular service call rate for router and other wireless network issues is $55 per hour.)*

Bundled Savings – $8.00/month

Bundle Whole Home Wire Maintenance and Wireless Router Maintenance and save $1.00 per month

*Our maintenance plans do not cover the hourly service call charges if the problem is found to be in the phone, computer or other customer equipment. Installation of new jacks and other equipment is not covered under the maintenance plans. Damage to wiring and jacks caused by pets, animals, human negligence, vandalism or acts of God are not covered under the plans. Overtime charges may apply if technicians are asked to respond outside normal business hours. Wiring and jacks installed by someone other than SNC must meet industry standards, and the manner in which they are installed must also meet industry standards.
