If you subscribe to SNC calling features, contact SNC and let us know you’d like to use My SNC for call management. You’ll then log in with your phone number and password to access the online tools, which let you:
- Have your voice mail messages converted to e-mails
- Listen to voice mail messages on your computer
- See a record of missed calls as well as call times and lengths
- Adjust the settings of your calling features
- Make forwarding changes to your Follow Me preferences
- Access information about your phone contacts
