Action Required by Email Client Users

The conversion will take place at 9 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012. All users will be affected by the change. If you use an email client such as Outlook or receive your email on your smartphone you will be required to update your settings. Update Your Email Client Settings - SMTP Authentication Conversion Steps

SNC's New Email upgrade requires an update to your email client settings. Updates include authentication on send and changing the outgoing port number to 587. Please choose from the list below the program you use to receive your email. Follow the steps outlined in the document to make these changes and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.

Daily Digest/Spam Digest - Your New Spam Filter

SNC's New Email offers you an easy way to manage your junk email filtering called the Daily Digest or Spam Digest. The Digest provides a list of your quarantined email identified as spam, junk, or containing a virus or other dangerous content as well as an entryway to your Personal Dashboard where you can manage your spam filter and customize your digest. You can review quarantined messages and release them if needed from your personal dashboard as well.

Manage Your Trash/Deleted Items

If you access your email from you have the option to access your deleted items at a later time from your Trash folder. If you'd like your deleted messages to be available at a later time please follow the steps outlined in the document below.
