Caller ID (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
To Disable, Dial *85. To Enable, Dial *65.

Caller ID Blocking on a Per Call Basis (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
Dial *67 and the number you wish to call. This blocks your number from being displayed. After the call, your outgoing Caller ID configuration is restored. Dial * 82 and the number you wish to call. This allows your non published number to be displayed.

Caller ID Erase (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
This service will erase ALL, missed, dialed, and received calls on the dashboard in MY SNC. It will NOT erase any Caller ID information on your phone.
To Erase, Dial * 320.

Call Trace
To trace the last incoming call; hang up, lift the receiver, wait for dial tone, and Dial *57.

Automatic Call Back
Hang up, then lift the receiver and listen for dial tone, Dial *66. If the line is busy, hang up. When the line is free, you will hear a distinctive ring. Your call will automatically be made when you lift the handset.
To Cancel, Dial *86.

Automatic Recall
Listen for dial tone, Dial *69. You will hear the phone number of your last incoming call. If you want to return the call, press 1. If not, hang up. If the line is busy, hang up. You will receive a special call back ring when the line is free. Pick up the receiver and the number you are calling back will ring.
To Cancel, Dial *89.

Anonymous Call Rejection (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
To Enable, Dial *77. Listen for confirmation tone or announcement then hang up. Unidentified callers will hear a message telling them that you are not accepting calls that are blocked, i.e. "Please remove the block and call again"
To Disable, Dial *87.

Do Not Disturb/Selective Call Acceptance (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
To Enable, Dial *78
To set up or make changes to your list for Selective Call Acceptance, Dial *64. A voice prompt will inform you if the service is On or Off. Dial 3 to turn it on or off. To hear the Screen List Editing instructions, Dial 0. (Or see Screen List Editing for instructions.) If you do not set up a list, ALL calls will be rejected, when enabled.
To Disable, Dial *79.

Unconditional Call Forwarding (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
To Enable, Dial *72.
Wait for a confirmation tone, dial the number to forward to, wait for the courtesy call to be answered. If the line is busy or there is no answer at the forwarding number, hang-up and immediately repeat the procedure. This will set up your call forwarding. To change your forward to number, disable call forwarding and repeat the steps above.
To Disable, Dial *73.

Delayed Call Forwarding (This feature can also be accessed through
MY SNC.) To Enable, Dial *92 .
Wait for a confirmation tone, dial the number to forward to, wait for the courtesy call to be answered. If the line is busy or there is no answer at the forwarding number, hang-up and immediately repeat the procedure. This will set up your call forwarding. To change your forward to number, disable call forwarding and repeat the previous steps above.
To Disable, Dial *93.

Selective Call Forwarding (This feature can also be accessed through
MY SNC.) To Enable, Dial *63.
You must first set up your list of numbers to be forwarded. Voice prompts will inform you if the list is on or off. To turn on or off, Dial 3. To hear the Screen List Editing instructions, Dial 0. (Or see Screen List Editing for instructions.)

Busy Call Forwarding (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
To Enable, Dial *90.

Enter your home number and PIN when prompted. Enter the Call Forwarding access code (example, to access Unconditional Call Forwarding, enter *72). Configure as normal.

Speed Dialing (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
8 Telephone Numbers - Speed Dial 8
Dial *74
, to add or change your Speed Dialing 8 List. Listen for dial tone, then enter one of speed-numbers (2 through 9). Dial the number you wish to speed call. For Long distance entries, please include the “1” and the area code.
Listen for the conformation tone. For additional numbers, hang up and repeat the procedure.
To use Speed Dialing, Dial the speed dial code, then press #

30 telephone numbers (Speed Dialing 30)
Dial *75 , to add or change your Speed Dialing 30 List. Listen for dial tone, then enter one of speed-numbers (20 through 49). Dial the number you wish to speed call. For Long distance entries, please include the “1” and the area code. Listen for the conformation tone. For additional numbers, hang up and repeat the procedure.
To use Speed Dialing, Dial the speed dial code, then press #.

3-Way Calling
To add a third party to an active call, press the flash button/hook-latch and then dial the third party’s number. If the third party answers, press the flash button/hook-latch again to add both of you to the original call. If the third party does not answer or their line is busy, press flash button/hook-latch twice to rejoin the original call. If you hang up, you will receive a ring-back reminding you that the original call is still on hold. You can rejoin the call by picking up the phone.

Call Hold
To put the current call on hold, press the flash button/hook-latch, Dial *52, and dial the second number. You can then press the flash button/hook –latch again to switch back to the first call (putting the second call on hold), and again to switch between the two numbers. If the caller you are talking to hangs up and you have another caller on hold, there is a period of silence (for disconnect timing), you are then connected back to the on-hold call. If you hang up while you have a call on hold, your phone rings again, and you are connected to the held call when you pick up.

Call Transfer
To transfer a call to a second number, press the flash button/hook-latch and dial the second number. You can then hang up before or after the second number answers, and the call will be transferred.

Call Waiting
A tone indicates you have another call. A reminder tone occurs every 10 seconds if you do not answer the second call. To answer the second call, press the flash button/hook-latch for about one second to place your first call on hold. You will automatically be connected with the second caller. You can alternate between the two calls by pressing the flash button/hook-latch for about one second. Each conversation is private. If you hang up when there is a caller in waiting, your phone will ring. Just answer it as normal, and you will be connected to that caller. You can cancel Call Waiting on a per call basis by dialing *70, before you place the call. Call Waiting is restored when you hang up.

Home Intercom
Pick up a phone and dial your own directory number.
You will hear a busy tone, hang up. All phones will start ringing. Wait for the other phone to be answered. When the other extension picks up, the extensions will stop ringing. Pick up your extension and you will be connected to the other party.
If no one answers on another extension, the extensions will stop ringing
after a timeout period.

Screen List Editing (This feature can also be accessed through MY SNC.)
Screen List Editing is used to build lists for Selective Call Forwarding, Selective Call Rejection, Selective Call Acceptance, and Priority Ringing. The following codes are used in the Screen List Editing menu:Dial 0 to hear the main instruction menu.

Dial 3 to turn the call service on or off.

Press the # button to add a number to the list, add the number, then Press the # button, again.

Press 01 to add the last calling number to the list then Press the # button.

To remove an entry from the list, Press the * button.

Press 1 to review the list of numbers.

Press 07 to delete an individual number from the list.

Press 08 to delete all the numbers on the list, then Press the * button.

Press 09 to delete only the anonymous entries on the list, then Press the * button.

Users may dial during announcements for faster service.

Privacy Defender
After signing up for Privacy Defender you must initialize the service.
To initialize the service, Dial 402-245-5000, a message will play to indicate the status of service. Dial 1 to turn Privacy Defender Service On. You may configure a bypass code that will allow personal callers to bypass Privacy Defender. To set up your initial 3 digit bypass code, dial 402-245-5000, then listen to the voice prompts. You can also change your bypass code at any time. You may at any time, after initialization, turn the service off or on by dialing 402-245-5000 and Dial 1 to turn Privacy Defender Service Off or On.
