Computer Diagnostic - $20.00
Are you having computer problems and not sure what is causing them or where to turn for advice? We can pinpoint your exact issue and recommend a course of action. After diagnosing the issues your system has, we will give you a call and explain what needs to be done to get your system up and running again and the approximate cost. This $20.00 fee will be waived if you decide to proceed with our recommendations.
Performance Tune-Up - $50.00
Have you noticed that your computer seems to get slower and slower as time passes? Our performance tune-up will clean up your entire system including your hard drive, memory, registry, Internet browser, and Microsoft operating system.

Are you experiencing problems with your computer? Chances are it has been infected with viruses, spyware, or other malicious software applications that can drastically affect performance. Symptoms may include frequent pop-ups, slow Internet connection, system freezing and other numerous troubles. We will scan, remove and repair problems/issues. Generally we will be able to remove any virus and spyware for the flat fee of $60.00*. If we deem that the computer has been infected beyond this scope, we will call you to discuss the alternatives.
