How to Set Up Sentco Email on an Android Device

NOTE: This tutorial will feature the use of an HTC One M8 running Android Lollipop 5.0.2. Other phones or versions of Android may differ slightly, but should follow the steps listed below in a similar manner.

Step 1: Getting Started

First, navigate to the app drawer and select the stock e-mail application, typically known simply as "Mail" or "E-mail." (NOTE: Other e-mail applications may, but are not guaranteed to, work with this tutorial. Gmail users, see our Gmail tutorial here first.) Next, choose "Other" as your mail provider on the next screen. If you already have another account on your device, you will need to select the "Add an Account" option prior to this step.

Step 2: Account Information

On the next screen, ensure that "POP" or "POP3" is the protocol selected and enter your Sentco e-mail address, username, and password. Your username should be the same as your e-mail address for this process. Next enter "" in the "POP Server" field. Finally, scroll down and ensure that "110" appears in the "Server Port" field. Tap "Next."

Step 3: Outgoing Server Settings

On the next screen, type "" in the "SMTP Server" field, and choose "TLS" as the Security Type. Lastly, enter "587" as the Server Port and tap "Next."

Step 4: Finishing Touches

Enter your account's name as you would like it to appear on your phone in the "Account Name" field. Then, in the "Your Name" field, enter your name as you would like it to appear in future e-mails. After tapping "Finish Setup" your Android device will be able to send and receive e-mails from your Sentco account!
